They're Back!

After doing my red outfit post here I noticed that I really don't have a lot of red in my wardrobe so I bought this red button-up at H&M for $7!! Also, I was inspired by Lacey's statement necklace she wore to the Loft opening here and I got lucky and found a similar one the other day at the thrift store. This is the outfit I wore today to get my bangs cut & if you scroll down you'll get to see the end result!

This afternoon I took the plunge & brought my bangs back :) My wonderful friend//stylist Nicole cut them for me & I LOVE them!! I'm seriously in LOVE [again] with this phone eeek I can document everything now without lugging my huge camera around. How do you guys like the bangs?? Yay .. Nay?? Go easy on me if you don't like them lol. Hope you had a fun & safe Halloween weekend!

BANG BANG

For as long as all of you have "known" me you have never known me with bangs ... but all that is about to change :) I'm getting bangs cut this weekend & I'm really excited! The funny thing is that for the last couple of years every time it starts to get chilly out I decide it's time for a change hairstyle wise. The problem is that I'm a chicken so I never do anything super drastic, bangs are about as crazy as I get. I'm going to take you on a trip down memory lane with my previous bangs

My relationship with them is very LOVE//HATE some days they look great other days they're all over the place & I'm thinking "WHY DID I GET BANGS ?!? YOU IDIOT!!" .. Sorry for that  little rant, the good news is that I will hopefully have pics posted of my new do by Monday!!

Christmas aka my IPhone came early!

Ok first off I have to let all of you know I have N E V E R had a cool phone .. really like never! So I was super excited when my upgrade fell close to the same time as the release of the new IPhone 4s [I even like typing 4s]. Sorry don't hate me but I didn't think I'd become obsessed with my smart phone like EVERYONE I know but the sad truth is that it sadly took less than 24 hours. This post is pretty much dedicated to my first moments with my shiny new baby :)

After looking at how awkward my face is maybe I'll spend a little less time smart-phoning away [probably not].  Yesterday was such a fun day after picking up my phone David & I went to the mall to get ideas for Christmas presents!! I ended up buying some eye shadow from Sephora & 2 tops from H&M :) I'm going to try & make a makeup video tutorial but I have a serious talking problem [I can't shut up] so the video might end up being 10 years long... who knows. Tomorrow's Friday what's everyone doing for Halloween??

WHAT I WANT WEDNESDAY VOL. X

You know how everyone has such awesome phones these days?? Let me just tell you I am NOT included in that everyone. I won't even tell you what phone I'm using these days .. yes, it's THAT BAD! The good news is that since I've never had a cool phone I decided to treat myself to the IPhone 4S [also it was time for an upgrade]. I'm so excited, I just got the E-mail stating that it's on it's way! Now that I have a cool new phone I'm facing problems I've never had to deal with before like A C C E S S O R I Z I N G haha I know it's not a problem but these days there are so many options. Lucky for me I came across Society 6 they have such a crazy huge number of options for IPhone Cases so I picked a couple that I liked for this week's WIWW.

Seeing Red

After seeing Lacey's all RED outfit this past weekend at the Loft Opening in addition to all the Red that's being worn over the blogosphere I figured I'd hop on the bandwagon by doing a post!

LOFT opening

Yesterday I attended the opening of the new Loft store is Georgetown. The best part besides free champagne, an awesome DJ, scrumptious Georgetown Cupcakes [I had 3 I have no self control], & great company was that LUCKY magazine covered the event along with Lacey. I had a lot of fun just checking out the new fall styles as well as taking pictures & chatting with some of my fellow CapFABB bloggers. It's always so cool putting an actual face [not photo] to a blogger after you've followed their blog. Congrats again to Lacey and hopefully one event at a time we'll show the rest of the country that D.C. is dressing to impress :)

Wishful//Wardrobe

Yeahh Yeahh Yeahh I'm still on this whole neon kick. Plus I've finally come to the sad conclusion that my work-week wardrobe is quite boring & literally grey. So in honor of dressing like an
